Jinding•New Vision

is located in the core area of central Changshou, where the Government Building was formerly located. The project is surrounded by the most famous large local department stores, including Chongqing Department Store Building, New Century Department Store, Sincere Shopping Center etc. The project was the highest building in Changshou shopping center with height of nearly 100 meters. This was the first SOHO type of architectural form in Changshou, with serviced apartments, themed shopping mall and a business hotel. As it met a gap in local real estate market, therefore the whole units were sold out on the day of coming into the market.

The successful development of this project set up a high standard benchmark for new constructions and commercial operations in Changshou which led a leap-forward progress in upgrading urban amenities.

In July 2010, the Jinding•New Vision commercial part of the building opened up as offline shopping mall authorized by Taobao.com, which sells “fashionable, trendy and fancy” products. The model well combined online shopping experience and offline physical shopping experience together, played an effective role as supplement to existing in market large urban department stores. As the property ownership and management right are separated, therefore we fostered a professional commercial operation team to implement the whole management work, which was approved as a successful way to create benefits for owners, the developer and the operator. In August 2010, the Changshou People’s Government issued Taobao Mall as a “youth entrepreneurship base”. The Taobao Mall will lead the city towards a more fashionable and trendier direction and open a new era for the city’s economy.
