The project of Jinduhui Plaza

located in the traditional commercial center of Dadukou District, was a tower-podium connected building for renovation of the old urban area of the district. The project composed 28 and 30-floor tower buildings and a 5-floor commercial podium building (and a car park) with a total construction area of 56,000m2. The whole period of development only took 15 months. Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd., the largest department store enterprise in Chongqing, was introduced in the shopping mall as a major tenant. The project ended the situation of no large comprehensive department store enterprise in the Dadukou District since its establishment. The project, built with  attractive, beguiled and delighted architectural appearance, became a symbol for central Dadukou back then. Successful introduction of Chongqing Department Store enabled Dadukou District to achieve a big step towards the goal of building itself into a commercial sub-center of Chongqing. Moreover, this project lays a solid foundation for us to enter property management and commercial operation field in the future.
